The Schwarz Marine Company ---

 

 

The Schwarz Marine Co. was founded in 1945 at Manitowoc, Wisconsin and operated in that city until 1950.  The firm had to move to a new location in 1950 due to a zoning ordinance conflict.  Their decision was to move the entire operation to Two Rivers.

Since moved to Two Rivers, the former Schwarz Marine Company had built boats in both aluminum and steel from 30' to 70' in length.  The Schwarz Marine closed in the 90's, then becoming storage.  The yard area, located on the East Twin River, is now home to Scare USA, a must see Halloween Attraction in America.  (since 2013)

Bringing you the finest in Fear; Scare USA showcases newly renovated, with a fun atmosphere for all ages including highly detailed/realistic sets, one-of-a-kind custom costumes, professional lighting, special effects and top notch scares to thousands of thrill-seeking customers year after year.

A large portion of the building is dedicated to the Scare USA Haunted Attraction.  The attraction capitalizes on the buildings unique look and feel as well.  The Schwarz Marine has had claims of paranormal activity on the outside of the building around the property from the owners, guests and customers of Scare USA.  To legally experience paranormal activity, please contact Scare USA.
 

 

WARNING: The entire building and property, including all areas of the Haunted House Attraction are under 24/7 video surveillance.  The Two Rivers Police Department routinely patrols the premises.  The property is off limits to the public during closed hours of the haunt and the owners have posted, "no trespassing" --- trespassers will be prosecuted.
